Craig Hoy:
Representing Local People, Standing for Local Issues

Craig Hoy is a former journalist who went on to run his own business. He is something new and refreshing in politics. He represents his home constituency and entered local politics by winning the Haddington and Lammermuir by-election against all the odds. He works tirelessly for the people of East Lothian, making their issues his priorities.

Craig is a strong local champion and campaigns on issues including improved transport links and combatting Anti-Social Behaviour. As East Lothian’s population grows he is working for better access to GP services and more school places.

He is proud to be part of the local community he serves. Craig believes in a fair deal for all and will work hard to deliver opportunities for young people. He believes society is best judged by how it looks after the most vulnerable.

Craig's Latest Campaigns:

Matthew Atton, East Lothian resident: “I’ve been really impressed with how much work Craig has done for our area already and it’s clear that he understands the issues which affect people living in our villages. I will be voting for him to ensure our voice is heard.”
Local resident Irene Renwick: “I don’t vote Conservative, but I am voting for Craig. He is approachable and will engage with the community.”
